Erica Hansen, Bio
Erica Hansen is an accomplished executive coach, facilitator, and trainer with a transformational approach centered on curiosity. In addition to coaching and delivering her signature Journey of Curiosity course, her work includes designing impactful trainings and webinars on emotional intelligence, inclusion & belonging, well-being to avoid burnout, and change management for businesses. Erica is a PCC level coach through the International Coaching Federation, is certified in Emergenetics and Emotional Intelligence, and holds an MBA and MIS from Boston University. She hosts the Defining You podcast and is the creator of the Transformational Curiosity framework.
Erica’s previous experience includes designing and facilitating webinars for clients in areas that included inclusion and belonging, building influence, career development, leading through change, and burnout. Erica has facilitated small cross-industry communities of tech leaders from global companies including FedEx, Ford Motor Company, Chevron, Merck, and Marriott. As an educator, she was part of the teaching team that launched Boston University’s global MBA program and their Inclusive Leadership module, and Adjunct Faculty in Columbia University’s Master of Science in Information & Knowledge Strategy as Lead Instructor for their Capstone Seminar where she built relationships with sponsor companies that included NASA, United Nations, IP Soft (now known as Amelia), and Cornerstone, among many others.
