Incredibly powerful, this assessment objectively measures your ability based on 21 international emotions researchers work. Called the MSCEIT model, Erica Hansen went through the certification program with one of the founders. Following taking the online assessment, employees receive a debrief of their results and additional executive coaching as requested.
